Besitz Weprowatz
Dieser liegt an der öffentlichen Straße, die von Tschonoplja nach Kula, am Haupte des Herrn, in das Verwaltungsgebiet von Zombor führt, das von Ungarn und Slawen bewohnt ist. Sehr fleißige Völker, deren Zahl, die bereits 100 Häuser beträgt, von Tag zu Tag wächst: Wo aus moderner individueller Erfassung (Volkszählung) hervorgeht, daß bereits 60 Sessionen zur Existenz erschlossen wurden. Das ganze Territorium besteht aus Bauern, Beamten und Hirten. Den Neunten und Zehnten entrichten sie ebenso wie den Beitrag zur Falknerei, den Fuhrwagen und Frondienst. Sie benutzen das Quellwasser wie auch das Weideland. Es ist abgegrenzt von Norden durch das Praedium Szalasity; von Osten durch das Praedium Birwala; von Süden durch das Gebiet des Besitztumes Phillipowa, von Nordwesten vom Gebiet Gakowa und vom Praedium Prekaja.

It lies next to the public road which leads from Tschonoplja to Kula, at the „Head of the Lord“, and to the administration district of Zombor in which Hungarians and Slavonians live. Very busy people, whose number, which is at present 100 houses, grows day by day: it shows up in a modern individual census that already 60 sessions were opened up for existence. The whole territory consists of farmers, clerks and shepherds. They pay the 9^th or 10^th just like the contribution to falconry, the carriages and compulsory labor. They used the spring-water as well as the pasture-land. It is parted from the North by the Praedium Szalasity; from the East it is separated by the Praedium Buwala; from the South it is parted by the area of the property Phillipowa, from the North-West by the area of Gakowa and the Praedium Prekaja.
